VCE Dance (Units 1-4)

Studio V offers students the opportunity to study VCE Dance Units 1 & 2 and Units 3 & 4, leading to a nationally recognised VCE qualification. Classes are taught onsite at our studios by a qualified VCE Dance and Secondary Teacher, Halina Craig, who also teaches at one of Melbourne’s leading girls’ secondary colleges.

VCE Dance equips students with practical and theoretical knowledge, analytical skills, and performance experience that support pathways into the performing arts industry, tertiary study, and a wide range of creative careers. The subject also enables students to make informed decisions about future study and career directions.

Applications are made directly through Studio V, and we work closely with each student’s secondary school to formalise enrolments.

Study pathways include:

• Year 10: Units 1 & 2
• Year 11: Units 3 & 4 (completing VCE Dance prior to Year 12), or
• Year 11–12: Units 1–4 across two years
