Annalise Awarded Premier’s Prize for VCE Dance

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Studio V student and teaching team member, Annalise Sortino, who received a Victorian Premier’s Award for her outstanding VCE Dance Studies result of 49/50, placing her in the top 1% of the state.

Now in her 15th year of training at Studio V, Annalise completed VCE Dance across Years 10 and 11 while balancing Year 12 studies, dance commitments, and the final stages of her SFD Teaching Certificate.

This exceptional achievement reflects Annalise’s dedication, passion, and years of hard work. We are thrilled to see her continue her journey at Studio V, sharing her love of dance with our youngest students as a teacher and assistant teacher.

Congratulations, Annalise — an inspiring achievement! 💜

2019 Los Angeles Dance Tour

In September 2019, 53 Studio V performers headed to Los Angeles to partake in an 8-day USA Dance Tour. Our students performed at Disneyland, Universal Studios, participated in workshops at two renowned LA Dance Studios, as well as having had the opportunity to work with famous LA Choreographers. Disney also hosted a 3-hour Disney Performance Workshop for our students, and all participants had the privilege of participating in the iconic Disneyland Parade. It was a truly amazing experience for all involved.
